Will phasing out fossil fuels really take us back to feudalism?
Those attracted to covid dissent have been fed nonsense.
When slavery was abolished the profits and economy of slave owning communities no doubt diminished. When coal mining was mechanised and children and pit ponies were made redundant people started to realise there are no jobs for life, and that animal abuse had to go, especially when there are viable alternatives.
Yes, the industrial revolution changed the world and economies flourished. But appealing to the past is a logical fallacy. That was then. This is now. The evidence strongly suggests that continuing on this path will not benefit humanity overall. We also cannot know if a child’s life with one’s family, friends and village, working in the clean, open air with fresh fruit and veg to eat was better or worse than the polluted slums of Manchester, working long hours, 6 days a week in a deafening, dangerous, dusty cotton mill or in the workhouse separated their families. Still working for a boss; just a different one. If stopping more extraction of oil and transitioning to electric energy for our businesses, cars and incredibly affluent life styles means an automatic return to country lifestyles, it might not be so bad! I’m joking. There is no reason to suppose that an energy transition would impede the urban and technological pathway that humanity has chosen.
The fossil fuel and animal ag/pharma/agrochem industries have expertly used covid dissent (and the suppression of free speech) to attract followers to social media accounts backed by industry funded professional lobbying groups (and Israel). They have fed them a fairy tale that climate change is not real (with easily debunked unscientific nonsense and rhetoric).
The fairytale claimed that an evil Bond Villain made up climate change to hypnotise them into obeying him. He tried to put a spell on them so they would stop buying products from other industrialists and his friends in the oil and animal ag/pharm/agro chem industries because they were cruel to animals, destroyed and polluted the environment and spouted harmful emissions into the air which warmed the globe and made woke people cross.
Only the anti-woke heroes saw through the evil climate change spell and continued to support (as did their governments with tax relief, grants and subsidies) what they thought were harmless, pure and noble industries who were making $trillions in profits.
The heroes were told that the cartoon evil villains didn’t want people to be dependent on fossil fuels nor on changing prices nor be party to the millions who are killed over access to them. The villains seemed to want them to have cheaper, stable prices as well as energy independence, better distribution and community autonomy by having local nuclear stations or solar power hubs.
Only the anti-woke heroes knew that energy independence from the US and a cheaper, more fair energy system was actually an evil plan that meant a return to living in caves.

Climate change is real if it means that the climate changes, thermostat theory, the belief that carbon deoxcide alters the weather is non scientific religious dogma blatantly pushed by the elites for control.
If we replace "fossile fuels" with nuclear power that could be great, but the ones pushing thermostat theory want oil and coal to be replaced with electricity so they can more especially control us.
