Just about everything that western medicine does is unhelpful or harmful;
in praise of yoga and the healing arts
The tradition of yoga began thousands of years ago.It has changed and evolved but has the same core teaching; there is no separation between body, mind and soul. We knew this as children; but have been taught to forget it.
Our thoughts and emotions affect the body, the body affects our thoughts and emotions.
The practice of yoga heals us without us even being aware of what’s happening. No intellectual understanding required.
When things appear to go wrong in the body, unless due to inadequate nutrition or toxicity, it is a manifestation of what’s happening in our minds and souls.
There is nothing wrong with our bodies, which do not attack themselves, nor with our genetics; which are ever changing and interacting with our environment; genetic testing will always be misinterpreted and gene therapy is absurd.
What is the point of toxic, liver destroying chemo and radiotherapy to shrink tumours that are part of the healing process due to a trauma in the soul?
State sponsored medicine and science is the new religion. On our death beds we don’t call for a priest but for a doctor. Those who don’t bow down to the orthodoxy, who don’t vaccinate, social distance, wear a mask, have chemo or health checks are the new heretics and witches. The state encourages telling on them and calling them names.
Trauma and pain are inevitable in life. Suffering and submitting to harmful medicines are both optional.
We heal the body when we heal the soul. We heal the soul when we heal the body.
Yoga clears blockages in the body and stills the mind. The practice detoxifies, nourishes and directs the life-force and focus.
Massage and meditation also do what no Doctor could ever hope to achieve; they connect to the universal source of healing.

Wonderful article! I find yoga also helps me to take the time to check in with my body. Where is it hurting today? Are there pockets of grief or fear that are asking for release? To me, my weekly yoga class is like going to church, with Spirit speaking through the muscles and bones.
So beautiful. I hope this resonates with everyone the way it does with me. As Jerry said, "what a long, strange trip it's been..." But for us, it ain't over. New and incredibly challenging experiences, and also beautiful, amazing experiences, lie ahead. As my grandmother, Pearl, used to say: Life Is Grand, if you don't weaken. Strong of heart and soul, strong of body.
Thanks for this, and I'm arf to read the embedded one, too. xo ^_^
