Re-enchantment not disenchantment

I'm starting my own health freedom movement

At least 50% of its leaders will be women.

Yoga, meditation, eating organic regenerative whole plant food, herbalism, counselling, sleep hygiene, massage, dancing, music, chanting, singing, laughing, having fun, connecting with the earth and sea, and respect, kindness and non-violence towards all humans and other animals will be encouraged and celebrated.

The freedom from constipation, the vitality from avoiding dead flesh, birds eggs and breast milk post weaning, the feeling of satiation and well being from eating legumes, the lessons in learning to listen to the wisdom of the body and to express emotions, the teachings that there are no separate diseases, that illness is not caused by bacteria which are fundamental to our health and that there are no viruses will all help to free everyone from thinking that they need doctors, centralised healthcare, the scientific literature, experts, vaccines, anti-virals or virtually any drug at all.
