For the Earth to achieve sustainable growth, both production and consumption must occur simultaneously. To this end, human reproduction is an inevitable choice. However, if a small group of capitalists monopolize most of the Earth's capital, human reproduction becomes unnecessary. Yet, for sustainable growth, reproduction is essential. However, the narrative changes if artificial intelligence and robots replace humans. Sustainable growth would then be maintained by AI and robots, rendering humans unnecessary on Earth. The minority capitalists would have to invest capital, such as basic income, to sustain the lives of these now unnecessary humans, which would be an unnecessary expense for them.

Africa and Southeast Asia have not yet begun to age, while Europe and East Asia are naturally experiencing population decline due to aging. In other words, the population decline in Southeast Asia and Africa is progressing much more slowly than in the powerful nations of Europe and East Asia, which poses a significant problem for the minority capitalists. I do not agree with the conspiracy theory that the pandemic is a population reduction policy. This is because the vaccination rates in Africa and Southeast Asia are significantly lower than those in predominantly white countries. For this reason, it seems to be a conspiracy theory. However, the spectacle that unfolded was likely to complete the genome project, aiming to obtain genetic information from the global population. Their goal is presumably to uncover the secrets of genetics for the purpose of achieving immortality. Macron's inability to visit Russia is also because he did not want to reveal his genetic information. They have now taken control of most of the Earth's capital, and what remains is sustainability. Once sustainability is achieved, the next step will be the need for a controllable society.

During the pandemic, it appears that genetic information obtained through PCR was used by pharmaceutical companies for the development of cancer vaccines. It seems they concealed gene-editing technology within the vaccines to monitor diseases. They likely sought not only to develop new drugs but also to uncover the secret to sustainable life extension. If they can edit genes that cause diseases using gene-editing technology, they might also unlock the secret to sustainable life. Perhaps they had already discovered this secret long ago and ultimately needed a genomic map of the global population. In November 2018, there was news of twins being born immune to AIDS through gene-editing technology. This ultimately means that if we understand or identify specific disease-causing genes, we can conquer diseases. However, it seems they did not live long. This appears to be a challenge for them, implying that if diseases are eradicated, one could live a long life. Perhaps their ultimate goal is to possess more and sustain it for as long as possible.

I think you're confusing sustainable economic growth with consistent and continuous economic growth. The word sustainable refers to the finite nature of resources as well as to the impact of production and consumption on the small window of planetary conditions that humans can survive in. Using this meaning of the word; there is no model of economic growth that is sustainable beyond a few decades.
