I tried reading up a bit on GNM. At this point I don't have enough patience to learn something complicated, especially as I've overdosed on reading about medical medicine overload. I've always tended to believe the dis-ease notion of our physical ailments, and that our body is trying to communicate something our conscious mind doesn't want to know about, but it's necessary that we pay attention and take some kind of action.

As this GNM seems at least to be looking to resolve conflict and trauma, I think it's definitely a better approach than the usual allopathic one.

Excusse me: BS.

Why not "go backward"? A number of useful ideas and protocols existed prior to 1900, they were obliterated by pharma's determination to control medicine and profit from it.

I disagree with your remarks about diet. But this is no place to argue it.

I find no interest in GNM. I would like to know what Lanka said.
