This link supports the idea that the petrochemical people and super rich are pushing a hoax on us. Yes, they are, but it’s not that climate change is a hoax. The hoax is climate change being anthropogenic and that CO2 is its cause, neither of which have been proved.

Yes this expresses the globalist agenda myth very well. Very rich people want to make a little bit more money by putting taxes on carbon. We should therefore campaign to stop carbon taxes and allow these rich people to make lots more money from the continued extraction and burning of fossil fuels instead (which is how they made their fortunes in the first place).

what is causing global warming then? it's not volcanoes (a few degrees possibly from Hunga Tonga, though some say net cooling), nor solar activity (which is currently cooling), nor the influence of la nina and el Nino which do not influence the upward trend in temperature.

We’re coming out of the Little Ice Age that ended in 1850.

(Find temp readings from the 30s and 40s. It was much hotter back then than now, but on the UN’s climate site they don’t show that data. Each of their graphs on climate has been tailored to only reflect the worst bits, and not to show the data from the time each variable began to be tracked. On Watts Up they’ve recently had a number of articles on polar bears, how they fare well at higher temps than now, and how they’ve found geological evidence of warmer temps from thousands of years ago. All to prove that higher temps are not the danger we’re being told they are. Even today more die from the cold.)

Sorry, I got off track. The short answer is the earth has had warm periods and cold periods. Life thrived in the warm periods, but the cold times were much more difficult. The Roman Warm Period was warmer than now as well.

Jo Waller's avatar

All these things you are repeating have been debunked. It was not hotter in the Roman Period, it was only hotter in local areas and even there, it was not hotter than it is now. It was not hotter in the 30s and 40s, data has not been hidden. Some data has been adjusted as some were taken at the hottest time of the day, while others at the coolest. Polar bears are doing better now because of hunting bans in the 70s arrrggh!. Temperatures were pretty stable since completely coming out of the last interglacial period 10,000 years ago. The little 'ice age' was a very little dip. People may die from cold (as well as heat) but our agriculture will be greatly affected by warming. So will the melting of ice caps. It may well have been warmer 10,000 years ago but there were also no ice caps to melt and never before has 8 billion people been dependent on industrialised farming. co2 may make plants grow quicker with optimal nutrition and water, other wise they become they nutritious. Global warming, whatever its cause, will make drought, dust bowls and floods more likely.

Your repeating the well trodden easily refuted nonsense supports my conviction more than ever.

In short yes it gets hotter and colder, but the causes are well understood and never before have they risen so rapidly in short time. Ten times faster than ever before. We should be going back into a glacial period right now. Instead it's getting hotter. Only anthropogenic causes can explain it.

It’s debatable, but one side is being forced into alternative outlets to express itself, just as with the corona and Ukraine, to name just two.

Why are those doing the controlling always the same?

Jordan Peterson and Bjorn Lomburg have millions of views all over non alternative YouTube and are on mainstream news with this climate aint' so bad nonsense .. The right wing UK press is outwardly. anti carbon tax and calls JSO an alarmist mob.

Actually they’re pushing all the net zero stuff, like Bloomberg with his $100 million investment in those 100 cities where no one will eat meat or dairy. All the people I know who believed the corona also believe the climate catastrophe.

Jo Waller's avatar

I think that net zero is the catastrophesizing fear mongering. Saying they're planning cities were people don't eat dairy or dead animalls to scare people.

Net zero is never gonna happen at least in the UK, both labour and the Tories realise it's a vote looser and are back tracking and being 'pragmatic' about it.

If they really. wanted us to stop eating dead animals they would stop the massive subsidies the one world government gives the industry

I can see that China-India-Brazil-etc do not, nor does Putin. But as to the WEF and the UN, etc, it’s what they’re pushing, even if they realize only the West will be under their grip. At this point, it is such a muddle out there that I think some of the bad actors don’t even know what they’re doing or what’s in their supposed best interests.

So I’m just focusing on my personal mission and keeping up with the news without letting it disturb me too much.

I hope so. Although I realize the meat and dairy part may appeal to some.:)

Of all the fears that are being pushed, the control thing is my bête noire and I’m trying to get away from it.

The West may want to depopulate because they’re afraid they will be deprived of any number of things by the masses (be it resources, space, a nice view, etc) but the anti-West bloc that you cite clearly needs its people to move forward in competing with the West.

The evidence for DEWs in Maui are images of a transformer in Chile, which for me discredits this argument. https://georgiedonny.substack.com/p/maui-fires-clown-world although the whole thing stinks and could well be a land grab, that's what western, hegemonic patriarchy does, I am not denying that. https://georgiedonny.substack.com/p/its-not-individual-evil-men-who-are

I am also not denying that geo engineering is happening, nor that it is very worrying, though sulphate etc chemtrails will be cooling, rather than warming, like other aerosol pollution.

The evidence suggests that since 1880 the 10 year global (or from lots of countries if you like) temperature averages have been steadily increasing, that pollinators are disappearing, that species are being extinction, the oceans emptied of fish and filled with pollution and the earth is being covered with monoculture.

You seem to be arguing on behalf of industry that wants us to think that it's ok to carry on with business as usual and not worry about a thing. The conspiracy for greater government control and to depopulate us (globalist) has been deliberalty created by (global) industrial/political elites https://georgiedonny.substack.com/p/what-is-the-heartland-institute for this very reason.

yes you are expressing the globalist agenda hoax of the one world government very well. Make people think there is a war on an industry providing products that less and less people want, creating cheese mountain and pouring milk into the earth, who have been destroying rain forests, taking land from indigenous populations and causing species extinction well before wind and solar took off. Smearing all and any alternative to fossil fuels out of hand. (Millions of trees in Scotland where planted as managed woodland, I believe they ended up with a surplus of wood they couldn't sell. There are some plans for dual use solar alongside agriculture.)

There’s a eugenics agenda to restrict access to all the best things to a small network of European and Sumerian royal bloodlines.

Corporate production of consumption goods is designed to addict and poison the common people; this includes nutrient-deficient grain-based products, toxic pharmaceutical-rich CAFO meat, and most drugs both pharmaceutical and recreational.

Energy policy is never what it seems—natural gas and renewables are actually the same agenda and the political tribes running cover for one or the other is a brilliant psyop to distract from the Malthusian degrowth nature of the real plan, which only benefits the aforementioned parapolitical class that wants us all to be a sick and malnourished slave class under their management.

Anyone who’s anti-nuclear is not genuinely concerned for the environment or the common people, but rather is loyal to set of abstract ideals and dogmas.
