I don’t know enough about the ins and outs of the climate narrative to lean into it except to say this: we are all part of the same ecosphere. Currently, the earth and its creatures are purely utilitarian for us humans and we fail to understand how interweaved we are in the fabric of life. Because we see the problems through the lens of owners of this ecosystem and the solutions through exerting control over it, we are blind to the suffering of Gaia and consequently, she will continue to self heal in ways that are damaging to her inhabitants. This might all sound a bit too hippy-dippy, but it doesn’t shake me from my inane understanding that we expand consciousness through love, not control. And why else are we even living if it isn’t to make life more alive?

*I’ll show myself out 😂*

I have been starting to suspect this as well, because there is no doubt that our Fauna is in deep shit, yet this receives little attention compared to the global temperature, in the middle of the rainiest July Europe has ever seen.

I think another important aspect is sowing discord by polarizing people on something that ca not be discussed, because it is too complex for people to understand. All that's left for people to do is pick a side.
