Thank you for the video of the Secretary General's speech. I was encouraged at his understanding of the current state of affairs.

The reality in Gaza is inhumane! And yet the fucking USofA will not agree to a UN criticism or demand to stop. I am moving towards encouraging Israel’s neighbors to bomb the hell out it — until the Gaza attacks stop. Guterres cites “international humanitarian law includes the duty to protect civilians”, it cannot be ignored. That's sweet. And yet many nations are ignoring it.

Where is the "or else"?

Finally; let's hope this helps. Can't believe we are letting Israel get away with this, though we clearly don't have a way to stop them.

Quit selling Israel weapons may be a place to start.

Agreed, but that's the one thing that won't happen. All wars are bankers' (and military-industrial complex) wars. It's all about the money (and the resources).

Joe, I agree with you.

As far as I can tell, Israel's grievance against Gaza is more petulance than anything else. They never admit to killing Palestinians in the West Bank, or stealing their farms. I've lost whatever sympathy I might have had towards Israel. Now I think they are vermin.

They have been killing Palestinians since 1948 with a view to exterminating them and taking all the land for "Greater Israel." Also, in 2019, a huge oil & natural gas field was found off the coast of Gaza. The UN decreed the find to be the property of Palestine. But it appears Israel wants to exploit that find, for themselves, and they can only do it if there are no Palestinians left in Gaza. It's all about the money; it's always all about the money.

Thank you for the clue about the oil and gas fields. There appear to be two fields: Gaza Marine and Levant Basin. I found those were discovered in 1999 and 2019 respectively. And the UN did say they "belonged" to Palestine, Which did not stop Israel from trying to block Gaza's access while taking some for itself. Israel has no honor. Do they have compromising photos of Biden?

They don't need any photos of Biden, though I wouldn't be surprised if they existed. They likely have enough on him based on his dealings with Ukraine and China, some connected to his son, that give them enough leverage to get whatever they want. Sadly, it's not only Biden who is compromised; likely every single member of Congress, many judges, many other government officials (DoD, DOJ, FBI, etc.) are similarly compromised. It doesn't take much any more; a little bribe here, an underage prostitute there, some nefarious banking or stock schemes, and even ordinary illegal drugs. I'd bet 80+ percent of officials now are compromised and in the pockets of TPTB. How else to explain the complete lack of moral fiber and attempts to stop crime, illegal immigration, corruption, etc.? How many politicians spoke out against the unconstitutional lockdowns, forced jabs, forced closing of churches and businesses, etc.? They're all bought off or compromised. That's why nothing government works in our favor any more. Sorry for the rant; sometimes I get on a roll.
