I read Frances as best I can. It’s hard to catch up to everything. I’ve had a rough year. But I believe The Banking Complex head is City of London with its own rules and drumbeat. Not sold on BRICS taking over.
Actually, I’m not even sold on Putin not being a part of the plan. It would benefit TPTB greatly to have someone always potentially imposing great threat. “Oceania has always been at war with Eurasia.”

BRICS are not taking over but US/UK hegemony is ending. China has a huge economy and its own state owned banks: soon the world will be trading independently of the West, whether we want to join in or not will determine whether our economies can survive.
Putin doesn't pose a threat to anyone except US dominance. The BRICS economies want peace so they can trade.

All this talk about Bitcoin reserves and CBDCs makes me think the current hegemony is a move or two ahead of BRICS and China. And yes, China has picked up on their economy but their military doesn’t stand up to the West. And behind the biggest banks are the biggest guns. Which is why I made that statement above about the government is the military is the banks. This is going to be a big year in the global economy shift. For some it’ll seem to be better and for others, worse.
