means that health freedom people are now using a lot of their money and time to prove that the symptoms observed in people from late 2019, which are synonymous with those of pneumonia and toxification, WERE caused by a virus and are NOT due to pollution, forced ventilation, murder by midazolam, kidney failure by remdisivir, fear, despair, lockdowns, isolation, and loss of livelihood.
If we had gone with accusing them of medical malpractice and unnecessary harms from lockdowns, they would have had to prove a viral cause in order to justify themselves. Which they wouldn’t have been able to do.
Instead we allowed them to tell us a shaggy dog story of a lab leak and got us to hand them the justification for their crazy measures with an ultra hazardous, chimeric virus.
The story is beautifully embellished with batwoman and bat caves, grants from Bill and Mel, denial then acceptance, acceptance then denial, biolabs in the Ukraine, uncontrolled and unblinded experiments published on ‘preprint’ non-peer reviewed websites and drip fed to MSM (NB the mice did not die after having many biologically active substances shoved up their noses, they were euthanised after observation of subjective symptoms of ‘infection’ such as ruffled fur and hunched posture), and the pièce de résistance the inclusion of ‘tell-tale’ restriction sites in the completely made up computer ‘genome’.
A minority of health freedomers have spent the last 18 months looking for the evidence for a virus. And we haven’t found any yet.
The law suit will fail and they will continue to get away with murder

And they've now got a large fraction of the health-freedom community shouting at us "virus deniers": "Are you saying Baric etc. are innocent? Yeah right!" Therefore, viruses exist!
Trauma-based mind control, to which I attribute a lot of such triggered reactions, is real, and the sociopaths are masters of it.

From that article: "Within the complaint we discuss the creation of the disease and the injuries it created in our plaintiffs." What disease? Is the case designed to fail, taking down with it their valid claims (hospital murders and lockdown harms, for example)? Or are they just clueless?
The complaint itself uses "ultra-hazardous...virus" 40 times. I am not optimistic.
